Michael shockingly passed away yesterday and I'm sure that like many of you I went through my collection of his CDs, and I fell upon this one, which I bought when it was released in 1995. Beware, LOTS of different version of this EP were released around the world.
"You Are Not Alone" (5 tracks, 36 min.) first brings the album and radio edit of the song, and then an 11 min. mind-blowing dance-remix of the track, which just blows your socks off. It is followed by a 5 min. remix of "Scream" (a No. 1 hit) which I don't care about much.
The pay-off in the version of this EP I have is the 11 min. "MJ Megaremix", which strings along a bunch of his best known songs in one massive dance-sing-along: "Rock With You", "Remember The Time", "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough", "Billie Jean", "Wanna Be Startin' Something", "Black or White" and "Thriller", wow, just tremendous. This track is the reason I bougth it in the first place, and now 14 years later, it resonates still. Michael's place in music history is secured forever. Check out this EP if you can find it, you will not be disappointed. RIP Michael Jackson.

One of the greatest things about Michael Jackson is his versatility. Also I think his fame is a symptom of the strangeness that surrounds him. He's not going to be a "normal" person by the standards by which we measure others. And I think the fault of most people is that they try to look at him as being someone who should be logically accessible as well in our concepts of our own worlds. I really liked this cd and recommend this highly for the beats.

I Got this One when it First Came out.I Have The Long Versions of This Song&The Hit Mixing of Some of His Hits.No Matter What Anyone trys to say about this MAN You Can't Take away His Musical Impact&Legend.He is a One of a Kind Artist.He takes this Song&Makes it His Own.R.Kelly Wrote it but Michael Made it His.it's a Classic Pop Song.
